San Martín de los Andes has a superb golf course, Chapelco, designed by Jack Nickalaus. Officially inaugurated on Febraury 2006 by Jack and Jakie Nicklaus.
18-hole, par, 7163 yards
SERVICES: Full service practice facilities including driving range, putting green and chipping green. Golf classes, clinics and junior School.
DESING STYLE: parkland, rimmed by tall deep-green Oregon pines. The course routing incorporates a meandering stream, several lakes and land movement that is untouched nature at its best.
